NEW DELHI: Billionaire Abhishek Verma, a witness in the 1984 anti-Sikh riots case, has said that the polygraphic test scheduled today was cancelled as his blood pressure (BP) was very high.nnToday Verma was required to undergo polygraph test as part of the background investigation of Sikh Riots 1984, but it could not take place because of high blood pressure and cardiologist suggested for tomorrow at 2 pm. The cardiology advise him to be calm and take rest.nn?Today, the polygraph test did not take place because of my high BP, it will be tomorrow at 2 pm. The cardiologist suggested me to be calm and take rest,? said Verma while talking to reporters.nnVerma is a witness in the case pertaining to killing of three Sikhs- Badal Singh, Thakur Singh and Gurcharan Singh – at Gurudwara Pulbangash in North Delhi on November 1, 1984, a day after the assassination of then Prime Minister Indira Gandhi.nnOn December 3, a Delhi Court has asked the CBI and FSL to conduct a polygraph test on Verma on December 6. The probe agency is conducting the test on him in a 1984 anti-Sikh riots case involving Jagdish Tytler.nnA year ago, court has directed that Verma and Tytler take a polygraph test. But, Congress leader reportedly refused to take the test.nnFour months ago, Verma has received four-page threat letter through registered post from the local post office. He has been told not to proceed further with his polygraph test, according to the letter.nnThe letter which written in Hindi, threatened to blow him up with a bomb and also to eliminate his family.
