Sanjeeb Kuamr SahoonnNEW DELHI (INDIA): Ruling Biju Janata Dal (BJD) candidate Ramnaresh Ahir won the Komna Zone II Zilla Parishad (ZP) seat while defeating Congress candidate Bhaktaram Sabar in Odisha.nnKomna is a town and block in Nuapada district of Odisha. Komna is the biggest block or taluk in Nuapada.nnThe election result is a big setback for the Odisha BJP, and its supporters as Komna falls under the assembly segment of BJP state unit president Basanta Panda.nnAhir won by 8114 votes against his closest contender from the Congress candidate when some fake journalists saying that BJP is growing in Odisha after recent Gram Panchayat Election where BJP had done something good.nnBJD candidate got 14,941 votes, Congress candidate Bhaktaram Sabar has received 6827 votes. BJP candidate Phuleswar Bhoi stood at third spot with only 4530 votes.nnHowever, the election could not be held earlier as the Orissa High Court had put it on hold over a petition demanding formation of a separate Gram Panchayat.nnĀ
