NEW DELHI: The second largest manufacturer of passenger cars Hyundai Motor India said it has crossed 8 million cumulative production milestone since its inception nearly 20 years ago.nn”The New 2018 CRETA. Since inception, Hyundai Motor India has sold 5,300,967 units in the Indian Market and 2,703,581 units in exports globally,” the company said.nnHyundai rolled out its first Million car, SANTRO, in 2006, just 8 years after commencement of commercial production in 1998. Thereafter, production picked up momentum, with the next million milestone being achieved within an average of 18 -19 months.
