Sudhir Tripathy is new Jharkhand?s Chief Secretary

NEW DELHI:Additional Chief Secretary Sudhir Tripathi has been appointed as the new chief secretary of Jharkhand, an official notification said today.nnHe succeeds Rajbala Verma who retired today.nnA 1985 IAS batch  from Jharkhand Cadre, cuurently, Tripathy serves as Additional Chief Secretary, Department of Health.nnIn his new stint as Chief Secretary Tripathy will have only seven months long tenure as he will be retiring on September 30 this year.nnDuring his stint at Centre he served as DG, Central Election Commission; DG, NIIFT (Hyderabad) and Principal Secretary to Jharkhand Governor.
