BY SANJEEB KUMAR SAHOO
Respected citizens of India, as I promised you in my previous pieces for National Political Mirror, I will continue to share with you the tale of my love for a truly beautiful and intelligent woman with a kind heart.
And believe me, her heart not only beats for me each day; it also beats for those in need as she helps them to the best of her abilities. And the best part is that she visits a local orphanage twice a month, spending a day with the children and eating lunch and snacks with them that she prepares in her kitchen. Besides having lunch and snacks with them, she also donates essential items to the orphanage each month to meet the children’s daily needs.
Since many of us know that her heart always beats for me, I would like to share with you, ladies and gentlemen who believe in true love, one of the biggest thoughts about it based on our conversations last week.
She mentioned last week when I didn’t respond to her calls or messages for a few hours. According to her, a person who genuinely loves their partner would never be busy since they are always available to them.
“Despite being busy, a true lover always takes care of his or her partner’s small details, such as giving times, making phone calls, and communicating through messages with respect. That’s known as the sign of true love,” the lady of my heart told me.
She went on to say that It doesn’t matter for a true lover where he or she is staying or how busy they are with work. In this developing world with advanced technology, there are many ways to connect with a partner and express love.
She also explained that if you are only receiving love in response to your requests, then that is not true love.
I was quiet for a moment after hearing her, and then I realised I had done something wrong. I said immediately, ‘I beg your pardon, dear lady of my heart, and I will not repeat the same mistakes I made in the last couple of days.’
But she told me, “I am not mad at you because I know you’re busy, but you should have shown my message and then replied with heart symbols. You could have also texted me,I am a little busy but I will call you when I get free,” but you didn’t.
But, as her best quality, and because she loves me more than herself, she also told me, “I would like to appreciate that you have called me after hours, but remember that a girl expects an immediate response from her partner, just as a boy needs an immediate response from his partner.”
In the meantime, she told me that I am not angry with you, but I am just sharing my thoughts with you to strengthen our relationship more than it currently is.
“Finding just a few seconds every two hours in a day to send a ten-word message with a love symbol from one partner to another can bring smiles to their faces and elevate both of their days to something extraordinary, she told me.
I would like to pause my love story with her because National Political Mirror is a hardcore political magazine. Before I do that, I want to apologise to everyone for not revealing her name yet again. I promise that I will share her name once I receive her approval. And I also promise you that I will continue to update you about my love story with her in my editorial of the upcoming edition of the National Political Mirror.
Since National Political Mirror, the world’s only weekly political magazine, is a hardcore political publication, it’s time to share what I’ve written in the cover story. But before that, I would like to discuss the cover page and its design. Then I will share the cover story and other contents of this edition with all of you.
I spent about 30 hours developing concepts for this edition’s cover page. I then drew my ideas on the blank page and shared them with our chief designer, who gave the final touch. I believe many will love this cover page.
Let’s discuss the cover story. Trust me, I have spent more than 100 hours writing this cover story, and now I am a little bit tired, as I spent hours reading and researching before writing it. However, I am on cloud nine for writing the best cover story, which is also helping me to finish my editorial too. And believe me, readers will love this cover story and also the content that I added in this edition.
In this edition, I have lightly criticised the first full NDA government under the BJP and its top leader, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, as it is necessary because as Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi has not held a press conference since 2014, and I believe that as Prime Minister of India, it is his duty to answer all questions from the people of India about his 11 years as Prime Minister, and healthy criticism always helps the government to understand where they are making mistakes.
Constructive criticism is healthy and has to be encouraged in a democracy. However, one has to be mindful not to undermine or infringe upon other persons’ right of speech and expression in the exercise of one’s own.
During an interactive session of the ‘Bharat Ki Baat, Sabke Saath’ diaspora event at the Central Hall in Westminster, 2018, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi said criticism is the “beauty” of a democracy. He underlined that it must be founded on facts and research. “In a democracy, if there is opposition but no criticism, then how can it be called a democracy? This is my conviction: that criticism is the beauty of a democracy,” said Modi.
Here, my write-up should be taken as both criticism and praise, as I am attempting to write some facts based on my experiences while interacting with several people and attending the press conferences of both the BJP and the Congress in New Delhi.
Currently, only National Political Mirror, the country’s only independent magazine, is run by a village boy, and that is me, but after receiving a journalism degree from the world’s top journalism school, the Indian Institute of Mass Communication, which is deemed to be a university, established on August 17, 1965, in New Delhi, and on behalf of National Political Mirror, I criticise and praise both the central and state governments as needed through my stories.
And I do praise and criticise both the central and state governments, just like a good teacher does with their students in the classroom. As an example, in government-run schools, there are three kinds of students: the most brilliant, the brilliant, and the average.
A good teacher treats all three types of students the same so that all three can keep studying and do better during the study time and beyond their educational journey, like a professional career or beyond.
It is my national duty, and I will persist in performing my responsibilities with honesty and sincerity while continuously developing my strong personal character, regardless of the circumstances.
The media is commonly recognised as India’s fourth pillar of democracy, alongside the legislature, executive, and judiciary. Its power lies in its ability to inform the public, hold those in power accountable, and shape public opinion. This power, however, comes with significant responsibility to report accurately and ethically.
So I am just doing my duty since God has only given me so much talent and knowledge, and I’m grateful for God’s blessing because I have wonderful thought process abilities and an ability to think just about the benefits of the nation. So God allowed me to develop the idea for the world’s most popular news title, National Political Mirror. After that, I applied for a licence from Registrar of Newspapers for India (RNI) and successfully obtained it.
I would like to express my gratitude to God and all the well-wishers for their support regarding the National Political Mirror-news title. So believe me, I will continue with my true political journalism no matter what.
Believe me, despite currently facing a financial crisis and struggling to run the National Political Mirror, I never write fake news, spread false narratives, or negatively political stories about any political parties or politicians in India.
And trust me, I will never write fake news, spread false narratives, or publish any negative political stories for National Political Mirror that could damage years of hard work or any political parties and politicians.
