Tom Jose assumes charge as Chief Secretary of Kerala

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM:Senior IAS officer Tom Jose today assumed charge as the new Chief Secretary of Kerala.nnHe took over from Paul Antony, who retired today.nnJose was the Additional Chief Secretary of Labour and Skills Excise and Water Resources Department, prior tothis new appointment.nnThe 1984 batch IAS officer began his career as Sub Collector of Thrissur and Pathnamthitta districts and went on to occupy various important positions at the state and centre.nnSource: Press Trust of India
