I am writing not to please anyone. So ladies and gentlemen, kindly all listen to me tell you the truth. So the truth is Congress cadres are cloud nine after witnessing their leader Rahul Gandhi’s action, which began at 4 p.m. and ended before 7 p.m. on July 21, 2026, when Delhi Police forcibly removed and detained India’s opposition leader Rahul Gandhi outside Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s official residence at 7 Lok Kalyan Marg in New Delhi.
So the story goes that for the first time in 12 years, Congress acted like an opposition political party under Rahul Gandhi’s leadership (Congress’s official national president is Mallikarjun Kharge), which was long overdue because old and new cadres were waiting for him to take strong political action. So, I believe Rahul Gandhi met the long-standing expectations of his party’s old and new cadres while acting like a real opposition leader and fully developed politician.
As part of his actions, he staged a flash sit-in protest at 7 Lok Kalyan Marg with Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, and numerous other party leaders and members. They demanded that Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan resign immediately due to the Delhi Police’s and Central Police’s lathi charge on students, students’ parents, and students’ parents who were on their way to the gate of Parliament on July 20.
And I was present in the place, silently conversing with numerous people. I have reasons for writing sentences that “Congress acted like an opposition political party under Rahul Gandhi’s leadership…..a real opposition leader and fully developed politician.”
In the meantime, Rahul Gandhi’s decision on July 21 was the finest move as opposition leader and was also beneficial to the grand old Congress Party. I am not sure who gave him the advice, but it was excellent political advice.
Interestingly, Delhi Police released Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, and other Congress leaders and members after detaining them for several hours.
And now I would like to conclude by saying that, under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership, the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) holds its parliamentary party meetings, known as ‘Mangal Milan’, which are typically held on Tuesdays, and the first ‘Mangal Milan’ of the NDA’s parliamentary party meetings was held on 21st July, 2026 at the G.M.C. Balayogi Auditorium in the Parliament Library Building, New Delhi.
At the NDA’s newly rebranded weekly strategy meeting, ‘Mangal Milan,’Prime Minister Modi described paper leaks as a matter of concern for the entire nation, saying the issue goes beyond any single state or the Central government and requires a united response from all political parties.
